While we are pleased that
Realtors have handled over 75% of our new home sales the last two
years we believe that we can work together more effectively to tell the
Shadow Valley Lifestyle story for the benefit of our mutual
customers and therefore ourselves.
We encourage

Welcome Center and the Shadow Valley Country Club (SVCC)
facilities when working with clients ... whether the client's interest
is in a new home ... or one of the resale homes in the community.
What We Are Doing To Tell

We
are marketing

This effort includes daily
ads in The Morning News and Arkansas Democrat Gazette, signing in the
Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport terminal, monthly ads in Celebrate
and Citiscapes magazines, signing on Highways 112 and 264, ads in The
Good Life published by the Rogers Lowell Chamber of Commerce and The
Newcomers Guide. It is working. There were almost 56,000 pageviews
of the website last month.
What We Are Doing To Help Realtors Tell
The Shadow Valley Lifestyle Story
Realtors can bypass the normal gatehouse sign-in procedure by
displaying a Realtor Gatehouse Pass. Just give us your business
card and we will create the pass.
The Welcome Center will be open from
8:00am until 8:30pm 7 days a week to assist Realtors with general
information, answers to questions,
printed material, access to
www.shadowvalleyinfo.com,
conducted tours of
the clubhouse, etc.
Realtors with
clients who have children 6 months to 12 years of age with them are
welcome to leave the client's children in the Children's Activity
Center as our guests while visiting Shadow Valley. Please call the
Welcome Center in advance and we will be happy to make these
arrangements.
Realtors and/or
their clients are welcome to enjoy dining in the Overlook Restaurant
as our guests. Please check-in with Welcome Center personnel or any of
us and we will be happy to make the arrangements.
Realtors
and/or their clients are welcome to tour
and/or play the Golf Course as our guests. Please check-in with
Welcome Center personnel or any of us and we will be happy to make the
arrangements.
Realtors are welcome
to use any of the meeting room facilities available at the time to
facilitate discussions with clients. Please check-in with Welcome Center
personnel and we will be happy to make the arrangements.
Resale Homes
Because one of our key
objectives is to provide a reasonable Return on Investment for
our Homeowners, we are just as interested in facilitating the
sale of existing homes as we are the sale of our new homes.
Existing homes for sale
that are listed in the MLS will be included on
www.shadowvalleyinfo.com under the heading of Resale Homes.
The info provided will include the location in the community, listing
company, listing Realtor
and price with the MLX number link.
